Join our winning team! Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential installation teams. This role is responsible for ensuring all HVAC system installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the HVAC install team to hit performance goals and deliver high-quality installations.
• Own daily operations & set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead with clarity and purpose.
• Oversee the full installation process, including site assessments, scheduling, coordination with suppliers, and final inspections.
• Ensure job quality, material usage, and timelines meet customer and business expectations.
• Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards across all job sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading HVAC install teams, with a focus on residential systems.
• Hands-on experience leading and holding teams accountable to performance results.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, and safety standards.
• Clear communicator with strong planning, decision-making, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with field service management tools like ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site as a hands-on leader in Columbus, OH.
