What You'll Do

You'll help homeowners maintain safe and reliable electrical systems by:

• Repairing and maintaining residential electrical systems and components
• Diagnosing residential electrical issues and providing customers with repair or replacement options
• Delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Creating detailed job notes and documentation within ServiceTitan
• Providing customers with accurate estimates and clear invoice summaries
• Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Fire & Ice Heating & Air with pride

What We Need From YOU

We're looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service:

• 1+ year of residential maintenance experience or general electrical knowledge
• Experience with face-to-face customer service and sales
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to explain options and recommendations clearly to customers
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
